1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FoundrMatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use FoundrMatch for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on FoundrMatch
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our platform.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the platform and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

4. User Content

Our platform allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content you post and its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting content, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the platform. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the platform and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. The platform may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

As a user of the platform, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the platform to create or compile a collection, database, or directory
• Make any unauthorized use of the platform, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means
• Use the platform in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the platform
• Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party's use of the platform
• Attempt to bypass any measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the platform

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FoundrMatch, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
